Call for papers

Proposals should include

• a title
• an abstract (of a maximum of 500 words)
• the name(s) of the contributor(s)
• the affiliation(s) of the contributor(s)

All texts should be written in Times New Roman 12. Titles should be written in italics, names and institutions in Roman. Please avoid using capital letters.

Contributors will have 15-25 minutes to present their paper.

When their paper have been accepted by our scientific committed, the contributors should upload on the website;

• their abstract (if different from the one submitted in their proposal) by April 15, 2024
• their powerpoint by May 15, 2024

If more than four contributors (presenting four different papers) belong to the same institution, provided that their institution has covered registration fees, accomodation and travel, the institutions can be considered as sponsors of our congress. Contributors simply have to declare it to the organizers and upload their logo of our website.

Tutti i testi devono essere scritti in Times New Roman 12. I titoli dovranno essere scritti in corsivo, i nomi e le Istituzioni in tondo. Si prega di evitare l'uso di lettere maiuscole.

I relatori avranno a disposizione 15-25 minuti per presentare la loro comunicazione.

Una volta che la proposta di comunicazione è stata accettata dal Comitato scientifico, a partire dal 15 gennaio 2024 i relatori devono caricare sul sito web:

• il proprio abstract (se diverso da quello presentato nella proposta) entro il 15 Aprile 2024
• il proprio power-point entro il 15 Maggio 2024

Le Istituzioni che coprono le spese di registrazione, alloggio e viaggio per più di quattro relatori (che presentino quattro relazioni diverse) possono essere considerate sponsor del nostro congresso. I relatori devono semplicemente dichiararlo agli organizzatori e caricare il loro logo sul nostro sito web.
